WE ARE HIRING – REAL ESTATE RESEARCH & SALES INTERN

We are looking for a smart, responsible, proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our growing Real Estate Business.

This is not just a calling or sales internship. The selected candidate will get hands-on exposure to real estate research, property documentation, project evaluation, lead management, client communication and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Property & Document Review

- Assist in collecting, organising and reviewing property-related documents.
- Conduct preliminary checks of documents such as sale deeds, title documents, RERA details, approvals, allotment letters, payment records, etc.
- Identify missing documents, discrepancies or issues that may require further legal verification.
- Maintain proper document checklists and verification records.
- Conduct online research on properties, projects, developers and relevant approvals.

2. Lead Calling & Follow-up

- Make calls to prospective property buyers and investors.
- Understand their requirements, budget and investment objectives.
- Qualify leads and maintain systematic follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update lead records, follow-up schedules and status.
- Coordinate qualified prospects with the senior team.

3. Real Estate Research & Project Evaluation

- Research residential projects, developers, locations and market trends.
- Compare projects based on location, pricing, specifications, approvals, developer track record, amenities and investment potential.
- Assist in preparing project comparison sheets, property reports and research notes.
- Support the team in identifying and evaluating suitable investment opportunities.

4. Digital Marketing – Additional Advantage

- Assist with social media content and posts.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, WhatsApp Marketing or digital lead generation will be an added advantage.




- Assist in basic digital marketing activities and lead-generation initiatives.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Graduate / undergraduate student pursuing BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.A., Law, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical and research skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone.
- Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of Punjabi will be an advantage.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documents and data.
- Willingness to learn about real estate, property documentation, investment and sales.
- Prior experience in real estate, legal documentation, sales or digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude, aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

Initially: Work from Home

Position: Real Estate Research & Sales Intern

Duration: 3–6 months

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹7,000 per month

Additional Incentive: Performance-based bonus on successful property sale transactions
