ReactJS Development - Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 Yrs to 7 Yrs)

We are Seeking a talented and motivated Lead Programmer Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, React JS, HTML, CSS, and Unit Testing, with the ability to design and build robust, reusable, and well-tested front-end components. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern UI technologies in a collaborative and quick-paced environment, while taking ownership of components end-to-end and mentoring junior team members.

- Experience should have 5+ years to 7 Years into the frontend development using JavaScript ReactJS.
- Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development practices.
- Solid working knowledge of React JS - hooks, component lifecycle, state management, and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Hands-on experience with Unit Testing frameworks for front-end code (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Jasmine/Karma) and writing testable, maintainable components.




- Ability to build reusable UI components and maintain a consistent design/component library.
- Good understanding of REST API integration and asynchronous data handling in front-end applications.
- Familiarity with build tools (Webpack/Vite), version control (Git), and code quality tools (ESLint/Prettier).
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI application issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with stakeholders and senior team members to ensure alignment with business requirements and project timelines.
- Practical, day-to-day use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) as an active part of the development workflow.
- Should have good oral and written communication.
- Should be a good team player.
- Should be proactive and adaptive.
