We are looking for a hands-on React Native Developer who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to develop, improve, and deploy mobile products for Android and iOS.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of features end-to-end, contribute to technical decisions, and grow into a leadership role as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development

- Build, maintain, and enhance production-quality mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS.
- Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces.
- Translate product and design requirements into reliable, scalable mobile features.
- Take ownership of features from development and testing through deployment.

API Integration & Mobile Features

- Integrate REST APIs, authentication flows, push notifications, deep linking, and other mobile capabilities.
- Work with backend and product teams to ensure seamless integration and consistent application behavior.
- Implement features involving real-time updates, background tasks, and device-level permissions.

Performance, Testing & Debugging

- Identify and resolve bugs, crashes, performance issues, and device-specific problems.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, animations, and overall stability.
- Conduct testing and continuously improve application quality and reliability.

Deployment & Engineering Practices

- Manage mobile build configurations,



app signing, release preparation, and deployment workflows.
- Contribute to app releases on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Follow Git-based development practices, code reviews, and collaborative engineering workflows.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical improvements.

Innovation & Team Collaboration

- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver thoughtful solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute beyond implementation when required.
- Support knowledge sharing and mentor team members as the engineering team grows.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in React Native development.
- At least one mobile application live on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern development practices.
- Experience with React Native CLI and native module integration; experience should not be limited to Expo.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
- Experience with React Navigation and mobile application architecture.
- Knowledge of app signing, build configurations, and deployment workflows.
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications,



background tasks, and device permissions.
- Familiarity with Git and team-oriented code development practices.
- Ability to read or write basic native code in Kotlin/Java or Swift/Objective-C is an added advantage.

Good to Have
- Experience with mobile CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Fastlane.
- Knowledge of WebSockets, offline-first architecture, or real-time data synchronization.
- Experience building fintech, consumer-facing, or high-traffic mobile applications.
- Regular use of AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering workflows.
- Experience with mobile application monitoring, crash reporting, and release management.
