Role Description This is a full-time, on-site RCM Analyst role based in Chennai. The RCM Analyst will review and analyze patient billing data, claims, and payment information to identify issues affecting reimbursement and revenue performance.

Responsibilities include validating charge entry, monitoring claim status, resolving denials, following up with payers, and ensuring timely collections. The role also involves preparing reports on key revenue cycle metrics, recommending process improvements, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to maintain compliance with billing guidelines and regulations.



The RCM Analyst is expected to maintain accurate documentation, adhere to company policies, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, including charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
- Knowledge of medical billing standards, payer policies, and healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., coding basics, documentation requirements).
- Proficiency in medical billing software, practice management systems, and basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, reporting tools).
- Analytical skills to review data, identify trends, and prepare clear, accurate reports and recommendations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, healthcare providers, and payer representatives.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in finance, commerce, healthcare administration, or a related field is beneficial.
