Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.

- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantities.

- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor/vendor quotations.

- Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations.

- Verify measurements and certify contractor bills.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.

- Prepare project cost reports and support value engineering.

- Ensure project costs and work comply with specifications and contractual requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

- 58 years of relevant experience in architecture, interiors, fit-outs.

- Robust knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, estimation, and billing.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of CostX, Candy, or MS Project will be an advantage.

- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

- Experience in commercial, hospitality, or high-end interior projects will be preferred.
