Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer – Civil with strong experience in construction estimation, quantity surveying, billing, tendering, and cost control for Government and Private Building Construction Projects, preferably in EPC Mode.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of CPWD/PWD estimates, detailed estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis for civil works.
- Prepare and review quality and quantity estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
- Study and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings for quantity estimation.
- Prepare client and contractor bills, including measurement verification and certification support.
- Handle rate analysis, cost estimation, variation/extra-item statements, and reconciliation.
- Prepare, review, and maintain EPC tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and related records.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, variations, and deviations to support effective cost control.
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Project/Site, Purchase, and Accounts Teams for estimation and billing matters.
- Maintain proper records of estimates, measurements, bills,



tender documents, and project cost data.
- Assist in tender evaluation, comparative statements, and subcontractor/vendor rate assessment.

Required Experience

- Demonstrated experience in Building Construction Projects – Government and/or Private, preferably in EPC Mode.
- Experience in projects such as Medical Colleges, Sports Universities, Hospitals, Institutional Buildings, and other large-scale building projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimation, quantity surveying, rate analysis, billing, BOQ, and tender documentation.
- Experience in CPWD/PWD estimation and billing procedures will be an added advantage.

Software Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of Primavera / MS Project will be an added advantage.
- Ability to prepare and review construction-related drawings and estimation documents using relevant software.
