Key Responsibilities&Tasks;:

Description

Handling/Resolution of Dealer& Warehouse Claims and Complaints in timely manner which leads to CustomerSatisfaction

1. Claims analysis and drive processimprovement actions within warehouse.

2. Analysis/actions on the packagingrelated issues reported by dealers

Minimizing Financial claim rate which leads to Customer Satisfaction andreduction in losses to Organization and Customer

1. Reductionin Financial Losses by Packaging Improvements for repeated Claims, ProcessImprovements

Support in central ISO 9001:2015 documentation, ProcessImprovements and healthy Warehouse Processes and reduction in reworks whichleads to Process Improvements/Standardization within Organization Reduction inRework/Rejection which leads to Customer Satisfaction and reduction losses toOrganization. 4. Maintaining/managing all departmental processdocumentation.

Timely updation of the processdocuments as per requirements/change in process.

Conducting Product Audit forOutbound dispatch lines as per Group Guidelines

5. Pre dispatch inspection of Packed shipments.

Helps identifying the Gaps in people& process leading to Process Improvements and Skill enhancements.

Monitoring of Handling of Special Notice Parts received from Kassel/MB whichprevents obsolete parts being sold to Customer.

Manage and maintain Quality Inspection of Inbound Goods and perform 8Dfor Non-Conforming parts from supplier followed by Chargeback

7. Creating non-conformancereport in KPMHalle system followed by chargeback.

8. Drivingimprovement actions at suppliers.

Achieving Companies AS turnoverand volume targets and Warehouseoperations cost within budget

Performing ConditionalMonitoring/5S Activity followed by further improvements in Warehouse to ensure healthy warehouseprocesses

1. Preparation of Internal and External LoPA Auditas per VDA 6.3/ Group Guidelines

10. Annual audit preparation in Warehouseinternal/external 11. Follow up and closure of the action pointswith help of Warehouse.

Initiating ImprovementsProjects/Idea Management/QPO to be performed within the Warehouse for Reductionin losses and Cost Improvement.

Trainingto 3PL on VW Guidelines and Standards
