Education:* Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Field

Industry: LED Lighting / Electronics / Electrical Manufacturing

Responsibilities:-

Manage overall QA & QC activities across the manufacturing process.

Handle IQC, PQC & FQC and ensure quality at every stage.

Manage Supplier Quality and coordinate with suppliers for quality improvement.

Handle and resolve Customer Complaints through proper root-cause analysis.

Implement CAPA and monitor effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions.

Plan and coordinate internal, supplier and external audits.

Ensure compliance with applicable BIS, BEE and other industry standards.

Maintain quality-related documentation, records, procedures and reports.

Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members.





Drive continuous improvement and reduction of rejection, rework and customer complaints.

Requirements:-

4–5 years of relevant experience in LED Lighting, Electronics or Electrical Manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC, IQC/PQC/FQC, CAPA, audits and quality documentation.

Understanding of BIS/BEE compliance and applicable standards.

Robust analytical, problem-solving and team-handling skills.

Languages: Hindi, English & Gujarati.
