Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.

- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills to design, implement, and monitor effective quality processes and procedures.

- Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills to plan, conduct, and report internal and external audits in alignment with ISO and related standards.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct trainings, and present audit findings clearly.

- Understanding of ISO management systems (e.g.,



ISO 9001; knowledge of additional standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is an advantage).

- Experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, FMEA, PPAP) and practical exposure to process improvement projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications in quality or auditing are preferred.

- Ability to work on-site with client teams, manage multiple projects, and travel within India as required for audits and consulting engagements.
