Job Purpose

Job responsibility to Develop the Extrusion Quality Process & Documents

Responsibilities:

· Responsible to check the profiles based on the Quality Supervisor instruction.

· Responsible to place the materials in different baskets based on the surface finish and temper.

· Responsible to reject the defective material.

· Responsible to keep the hold materials in a saparate basket inform the quality supervisor.

· Responsible to make the material identification card.

· Responsible to count the number of pieces stacked in the baskets and cross check the count meets the requirement and fill up the quality register book.

· Prepare the rejection analysis book for all NG Pieces.

· Responsible to keep the workstation neat and clean.

· Inform the shift relievers about the issues raised in the present inspecting profile.





· Ensure the self-safety while working.

Requisite Skills:

Knowledge

· Hot extrusion process.

· Extrusion products surface/physical defects.

· Rejection entry calculations in check sheets.

·

Skills

· Instruments Operation (Vernier, Micrometer,Try Square)

· Effective material stacking & handling.

· Qualty check sheets entry.

Ability

· 5’s implementation at workplace.

· Transfer the observed information to superiors.

· Self-motivation.

· Follow safety procedures and guidelines.

· Awareness about workplace procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
