We are seeking an experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Lead to develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve our quality processes. You will ensure strict compliance with ISO, IATF, BIS, VSA, and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR), keeping our operations fully audit-ready while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. QMS Development & Compliance

- Build, execute, and maintain ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, BIS, and VSA standards.
- Author and control Quality Manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions, and records while maintaining strict document retention.
- Drive site-wide QMS awareness through regular employee training and communication.

2. Audits & Customer Requirements

- Lead internal, system, process, and product audits according to the annual schedule.
- Coordinate external customer and VSA audits (including MACE team interfaces).
- Ensure full implementation and tracking of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and Supplier Quality Manuals.
- Drive cross-functional teams (CFT) to resolve non-conformances (NCs), verify CAPA effectiveness, and close findings on time.

3. Quality Improvement & Reporting

- Analyze defects, rejections, and process performance to drive Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and 5S initiatives (specifically in Final Inspection and Lab areas).




- Monitor departmental KPIs, prepare monthly performance dashboards, and present insights at Management Review Meetings (MRM).

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 7–15 years in QMS and Quality Assurance, ideally within automotive or fastener manufacturing.
- Certifications/Expertise: Proven experience handling IATF 16949, VSA, BIS, external customer audits, and 8D customer complaint handling.
