QC Inspector

Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Duty: 12 Hours Shift

We are looking for a QC Inspector for our VMC/CNC machining unit. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting machined components during in-process and final inspection and ensuring that all components meet drawing, dimensional, and quality requirements.

The candidate should have basic knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, tolerances, and machining inspection procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform in-process and final inspection of VMC/CNC machined components.
- Check dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and other quality parameters.
- Use measuring instruments such as:
- Vernier Caliper
- Outside/Inside Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Bore Gauge
- Dial Gauge
- Verify first-piece inspection and subsequent production components.
- Identify and report rejection, defects, and dimensional deviations.
- Coordinate with the VMC Operator, Setter,



Production, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of VMC/CNC machining processes.
- Understanding of dimensions and tolerances.
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Ability to identify dimensional and visual defects.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for inspection reports.
- Valuable communication and teamwork.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in QC Inspection, preferably in VMC/CNC machining or precision engineering.

Salary & Working Hours Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.

Duty: 12 hours ( Day ) , as per company requirement.

Experience: 6 months to 3 years.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,049.12 per month
