Responsibilities
- Basic Knowledge of 7 QC Tools
- Instrument understanding
- Method of inspection standards for stamping, welding, and forming processes
- Conduct dimensional inspection using CMM, height gauges, checking fixtures, and GD&T; interpretation
- Investigate customer complaints and internal rejections using 8D/5-Why/Fishbone; drive root cause and corrective
- Maintain quality documentation- work instructions, inspection reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Ability to read and understand designs and schematics
- Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
