Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures in line with company standards

- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical panels and components to identify defects and deviations

- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications and standards

- Analyze quality data and identify trends for process improvement

- Coordinate with production team to maintain quality standards

- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks

- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records

- Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality practices

Skills:

- Quality inspection and testing

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality standards

- Root cause analysis and problem-solving





- Knowledge of QC tools(SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis )and documentation

- Good attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (EEE / ECE)

- Any Quality-related discipline (e.g., Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical field)

- Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Control or related role

- Knowledge of QC tools: SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
