We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Checker to inspect products, materials, or processes and ensure they meet the company’s quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, positive communication skills, and the ability to identify and report quality issues accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products for quality and compliance.

- Check products against established specifications, drawings, samples, and quality standards.

- Identify defects, damages, discrepancies, or deviations from required standards.

- Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.

- Report quality issues to the concerned supervisor or department.

- Ensure defective or non-conforming products are properly identified and segregated.

- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality.

- Conduct visual and, where applicable, dimensional or functional inspections using appropriate tools.

- Assist in investigating the root causes of quality problems.

- Follow company quality-control procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.





- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

- Issue challans for outgoing material after completing the required quality checks and verification.

- Verify outgoing material against the relevant documents, quantity, specifications, and approved requirements.

- Maintain proper records of material inspections and outgoing material challans.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical qualification is an advantage.

- Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or a similar role is preferred.

- Good attention to detail and observation skills.

- Ability to read and understand basic specifications, drawings, or work instructions.

- Basic knowledge of quality-control procedures and standards.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
