Role Description The Quality Assurance Intern is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the quality function across Synexis digital projects. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in creating and executing test plans, documenting issues, and helping ensure that apps and websites meet defined quality standards.

The intern will collaborate with development and product teams to review requirements, participate in quality reviews, and contribute to process improvements. Additional responsibilities may involve maintaining quality documentation, supporting audits, and learning to apply quality frameworks within a fast-paced digital workplace.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E.



or any higher qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Candidates must be final-year students or pass-outs/graduates .
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Quality Control, or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
- Knowledge of Quality Management and structured quality processes.
- Understanding of Quality Auditing and compliance practices is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) may be beneficial where applicable.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment .
- Basic understanding of software development and digital product lifecycles is preferred.
