ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensure alignment with international standards and support certification compliance, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, TISAX, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS9100D.
- Support risk assessment and treatment activities, including maintaining risk registers and tracking mitigation actions.
- Conduct process quality assessments, monitor process performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with process owners to establish, maintain, and enhance process documentation and operational controls.
- Assist in defining, monitoring, and reporting Quality, Information Security, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) objectives, KPIs, compliance obligations, and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor adherence to established processes, policies, and standards, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Perform monthly audits and generate quality score cards.
- Participate in internal quality audits, document audit findings, and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze audit results, recurring issues, and performance trends to drive continual improvement and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain records and objective evidence required to demonstrate compliance,



management system effectiveness, and certification readiness.
- Support external audits and coordinate responses to audit findings and certification requirements.
- Promote awareness and adoption of management system requirements across the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 requirements and TISAX.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, ISMS, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Hands on experience in Internal auditing process - interviewing, evidence collection, and report-writing skills.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in organizational process definition, process consultancy, implementation and continuous improvement.
- Solid auditing experience, including internal audits, and facilitating external assessments.
- Experience in quality planning, metrics analysis, milestone reviews, and project compliance monitoring.
- Good understanding of systems engineering, software development lifecycle, configuration management and risk management processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
