Role Overview The QC In-Charge will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards across the complete manufacturing cycle—from incoming raw materials to production, finishing, final inspection and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall quality control for the Palwal manufacturing facility.
- Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections.
- Ensure products conform to approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, dimensions, tolerances and finish standards.
- Monitor quality across wood, plywood, MDF, solid wood, metal fabrication, powder coating, painting, polishing, digital printing, signage and branding.
- Identify defects and drive corrective and preventive actions to minimise rejection and rework.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores and Project teams for quality resolution.
- Conduct pre-dispatch inspections and provide quality clearance.
- Develop and maintain QC checklists, SOPs, inspection formats and quality MIS.




- Establish measurable quality benchmarks and ensure right-first-time production.
- Train production teams on quality standards, workmanship and inspection requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of experience in QC/QA, preferably in furniture, interiors, retail fixtures or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of solid wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, metal and surface finishes.
- Positive understanding of technical drawings, dimensions and manufacturing tolerances.
- Experience managing quality across multiple manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.

Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month

Location: Palwal, Haryana

Pay: ₹8,860.60 - ₹50,000.00 per month
