We are looking for a responsible QC cum Production Supervisor who will oversee daily production operations while ensuring strict quality control, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Supervise and manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Manage manpower - allocate work to packing staff and production helpers. Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Maintain daily production reports and stock records.
Ensure machines are operated safely and maintained properly.
Check quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
Ensure all products meet company quality standards, FSSAI norms and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular quality checks, weight checks, and packaging checks.
Identify quality issues and take immediate corrective action.
Maintain QC reports and documentation for audits.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
