Role Description The QA Testing Intern role is an on-site internship based in Gwalior. The intern will assist in reviewing requirements and specifications, creating test cases, and executing manual and basic automated tests for web and software applications. Day-to-day responsibilities may include reporting and documenting bugs, retesting resolved issues, and collaborating with developers to clarify defects and expected behavior.

The intern will help maintain test documentation, support regression testing for new releases, and contribute to improving overall product quality.



This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of software testing concepts, including test case design, defect reporting, and basic QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with web and software applications, with the ability to understand user flows and identify potential usability or functional issues.
- Basic experience or coursework in programming or scripting (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is an advantage for understanding technical aspects of testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to follow structured test processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues and collaborating with technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to work in office in Gwalior, manage time well, and learn quickly in a collaborative environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Interest in QA, software development lifecycles, and AI-driven or SaaS-based products is highly beneficial.
