About the Role

ZiffyHealth is looking for a hands-on QA & Product Implementation Engineer to test and validate our healthcare technology platform across web, mobile and kiosk environments.

The selected candidate will work closely with the founders and in-house development team to ensure that every feature works correctly across complete patient, doctor, diagnostic and administrative journeys.

Key Responsibilities

- Test web, mobile, PWA and kiosk applications
- Prepare test cases from product and business requirements
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API and usability testing
- Test patient registration, appointments, consultations, reports, prescriptions and dashboards
- Verify authentication, user roles, consent, session timeout and data privacy
- Test loading, validation, error, offline and permission-denied scenarios
- Validate APIs, database entries and third-party integrations
- Test diagnostic-device and healthcare-system integrations
- Record bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, severity and expected behaviour
- Retest resolved defects and conduct regression testing before releases
- Maintain bug trackers and release-readiness checklists
- Support product implementation, demonstrations and user documentation




- Participate in technical knowledge transfer from the existing development consultant
- Independently confirm whether delivered features are genuinely working

Required Skills

- Hands-on web and mobile application testing
- Functional, API and end-to-end testing experience
- Postman or similar API-testing tools
- SQL and basic database-validation knowledge
- Experience with Jira or another bug-tracking platform
- Ability to write explicit test cases and bug reports
- Understanding of frontend, backend and API workflows
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and challenge incomplete deliverables

Preferred Skills

- Healthcare, health-tech, SaaS or diagnostic-platform experience
- Testing patient, doctor, EHR, teleconsultation or hospital workflows
- IoT or connected-device testing
- Automation testing using Playwright, Selenium or similar tools
- Exposure to FHIR, ABDM, DICOM or healthcare interoperability
- Experience testing AI-assisted applications and validating incorrect or unsafe outputs

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who takes complete ownership of product quality. The candidate must test beyond the normal user journey, identify failure conditions and ensure that no feature is accepted only on verbal confirmation.
