Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Manager with an Electronics/Engineering background who can lead a quality team and manage quality-related activities. Candidates based in or around Delhi NCR and comfortable working in Noida will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the quality assurance team.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor quality activities.
- Ensure adherence to defined quality processes and standards.
- Work with engineering and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes.
- Monitor team performance and provide technical/functional guidance.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure timely closure of quality issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters.

Mandatory / Preferred Requirements





- Electronics / Electronics Engineering background.
- Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management.
- Demonstrated team leadership/people management experience.
- Candidates from electronics industries are preferred.
- Candidates from Delhi NCR / nearby regions preferred.
- Must be comfortable working from Noida.

Positive to Have

- Knowledge or experience with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
- Exposure to defense / aerospace / defense electronics industry.
- Experience working in organizations handling regulated or compliance-driven products.
