About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our technology solutions delivered to clients in India, the USA, and Mauritius. The role involves manual and automation testing, defect management, and close collaboration with development and DevOps teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
2. Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, API, and cloud applications.
3. Develop and maintain automation scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, RestAssured).
4. Conduct regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
5. Identify, log, track, and close defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
6. Participate in agile ceremonies and CI/CD quality checks.
7. Prepare test reports, metrics, and QA documentation.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2. 2-5 years experience in QA / Software Testing.
3. Solid knowledge of manual and automation testing frameworks.
4. Experience with API testing, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and performance testing tools.
5. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
6. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have:
1. ISTQB or Automation certifications.
2. Experience with BDD (Cucumber / SpecFlow).
3. Exposure to cloud-based applications and AI-driven testing tools.
