Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Lead professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with strong expertise in the US/UK healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing using Playwright or Cypress or any test automation framework, a solid understanding of Agile methodology, and a track record of working with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply a strong understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, and processes in day-to day project activities.

- Design and execute effective manual and automation test cases based on business and technical requirements.

- Perform thorough testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright or Cypress, or any test automation framework is an added advantage.





- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.

- Engage with US clients as part of regular project communication.

Required Skills

- 5-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

- Robust domain expertise in US/UK Healthcare (mandatory).

- Experience in any test automation framework has added advantages.

- Strong experience in Agile methodology.

- Exposure to working directly with US clients.

- Solid knowledge of manual testing practices and test case design.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹25,000,000.00 per year
