QA Automation Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 4+ years of experience in testing and automating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications .

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in functional testing, automation testing, API testing, test planning, defect management, and CRM business processes . The candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects to ensure high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing .
- Create test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements.
- Automate CRM testing using Selenium, EasyRepro, Playwright, Cypress , or similar frameworks.
- Test Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service , and custom CRM applications.
- Validate integrations with SAP, Azure Functions, REST APIs , and third-party applications.
- Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps, Jira , or equivalent tools.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Prepare test execution reports, quality metrics, and testing documentation.
- Continuously improve automation coverage, test processes,



and framework efficiency.

Required SkillsDynamics 365 CRM
- Strong hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .
- Valuable understanding of CRM business processes and workflows.
- Experience testing Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or custom CRM solutions.
- Understanding of CRM integrations and data flows.

Automation Testing Strong hands-on experience with one or more of:
- Selenium WebDriver
- EasyRepro
- Playwright
- Cypress
- TestNG / NUnit / MSTest
- Experience developing automation frameworks from scratch or enhancing existing frameworks.

API Testing
- Hands-on experience with Postman .
- Good understanding of REST APIs .
- JSON/XML validation.
- OAuth/API authentication.
- Experience validating API requests, responses, status codes, and error handling.

Test Management
- Test planning and test case design.
- Functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Defect tracking and management using Azure DevOps / Jira .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
