Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Trainer to join our team in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Python programming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train students through practical and industry-oriented learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive Python training sessions for students.

Develop and deliver structured training programs based on the course curriculum.

Teach Python programming concepts from basic to advanced levels.

Explain programming fundamentals, OOP concepts, functions, modules, exception handling, and file handling.

Provide hands-on training through coding exercises, assignments, and real-world projects.

Assess students' performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.

Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance and support.

Prepare training materials, presentations, coding exercises, and project assignments.

Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks, tools, and industry trends.





Guide students in developing Python-based projects and applications.

Maintain student progress and training-related records.

Collaborate with the academic and technical teams to improve course delivery and student outcomes.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Python programming.

Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL is preferred.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and understandable manner.

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Python or related technologies will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Python development, training, mentoring, or a related technical role.
