The project:

This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Deliver annual business plan objectives, ensuring effective execution within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Lead internal and external audit programmes, supporting certification compliance and continual improvement initiatives.
- Investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Enhance management systems through governance reviews, performance reporting, process improvements, and innovation.
- Develop quality communications, management review outputs, training programmes, and business development support.
- Monitor supply chain quality performance and contribute to net zero carbon outcomes through sustainable delivery practices.

You’ll need to have:

- Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
- Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
- Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.




- Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
