Role Description This full time Python Developer role is an on-site position based in Mohali (Kharar). The developer will design, implement, and maintain Python-based back-end services and APIs that support web and mobile applications, including AI-driven products. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, modular, and well-documented code, integrating and optimizing databases,



troubleshooting and debugging software issues, and collaborating with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other engineers.

The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to software architecture discussions, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability of deployed systems.

Qualifications

- Solid programming skills in uv Python, Claude coding, Codex, with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relevant Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Proficiency in Software Development practices such as version control (Git), testing, debugging, and continuous integration workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and integration with Python applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or data analytics is beneficial, especially for integration into production systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali (Kharar), collaborate within a small multidisciplinary team, and communicate clearly in English.

Salary-6 to 12 Lakh p.m. as per your experience.
