Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Backend Tech Lead / Solution Architect with expertise in Python and recent hands-on experience in Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have solid backend architecture and development skills and be capable of designing scalable AI-powered solutions.

Full-stack, Data Engineering, and related skills are good to have but are not mandatory. The primary focus is Python Backend + GenAI .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable backend applications using Python.
- Design backend architecture, APIs, microservices, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI/LLM-based applications into enterprise solutions.
- Work with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI application frameworks.
- Evaluate and integrate GenAI models and services based on business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guide developers on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Design secure, scalable, and reliable AI/backend architectures.
- Troubleshoot and optimize backend and AI application performance.
- Participate in technical discussions,



solution design, code reviews, and mentoring.

Mandatory Skills

Python Backend

- Robust hands-on experience in Python backend development.
- REST APIs, microservices, API integration, and backend architecture.
- Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Generative AI

- Recent hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM applications.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
- Experience integrating models such as OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or similar.
- Exposure to frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.

Technical Leadership

- Experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Solution Architect.
- Strong system design and solution architecture experience.
- Ability to mentor developers and drive technical decisions.

Good to Have

Data Engineering

- Apache Spark / PySpark
- AWS Glue
- Elasticsearch
- ETL / data pipelines

Frontend

- React / Angular / Next.js
- Full-stack development experience

Cloud

- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Experience deploying AI and backend applications on cloud platforms.
