At Wisdom Square, we're looking for a backend-obsessed problem solver who gets a kick out of clean APIs, fast queries, and systems that don't break at 2 AM. If you'd rather debug a tricky bug than scroll Instagram, we should talk.

We care less about your rsum and more about what you've built. If you've poured yourself into a cool side project or a college build you're proud of and you've got the GitHub repo to show for it you're exactly who we want.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build & ship APIs Design and develop robust REST APIs using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
- Own the data Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL), write productive queries, and design clean schemas
- Solve real problems Debug, optimize, and scale backend systems as our products grow
- Integrate everything Connect third-party services, tools, and internal systems seamlessly
- Collaborate – Work closely with frontend and product teams to ship features end-to-end

What We're Looking For

- Passion: You genuinely love building.



You've worked on cool projects — personal or during college — and you're excited to talk about them.
- A GitHub we can dig into: Share your repo. We want to see how you think, structure code, and solve problems — not just read about it.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or pursuing one
- Skills: Solid grasp of Python and at least one framework (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
- Fundamentals: Comfortable with databases, APIs, and basic data structures
- Mindset:You enjoy figuring out why something broke, not just that it did
- Bonus: Exposure to Git, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

No prior professional experience needed — we care about your fundamentals, the projects you've built, and your hunger to keep building.
