Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Operations Officer to manage procurement operations, vendor development, and supply coordination.

The ideal candidate will lead purchasing activities, oversee field operations, and maintain high-quality standards in alignment with our international benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the procurement of granite, marble, and other natural stones from suppliers and factories across India.




- Negotiate competitive rates, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Manage order lifecycle from placement to delivery including field-level follow-up with regional teams.
- Ensure quality control with regular coordination between suppliers and on-ground QC teams.
- Develop and strengthen vendor networks to ensure reliable, long-term supply chains.
- Travel approximately few days every other month to inspect operations, meet vendors, and audit field performance.
