Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase & Vendor Development role based in Faridabad. The position involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing materials and components, evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely delivery to support production schedules.

The role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new vendors, monitoring vendor performance, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and quality improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design and production teams to understand material requirements, maintaining purchase records, resolving supply issues,



and contributing to strategic purchasing decisions that support Sketch Lighting’s bespoke design and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Planning skills to support procurement strategies and vendor development initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier performance, costs, and inventory data for informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related abilities to negotiate with suppliers and secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide team members or vendors on processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management, preferably in manufacturing or design-driven industries.
- Knowledge of lighting components, materials, or related technical products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using procurement software or ERP systems and basic MS Office tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and collaborate in a rapid-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
