About the Role

KVA Management, a USA-based hotel management company, is looking for a Purchasing Executive to manage procurement out of its Noida office, across our portfolio of hotels in the USA — owning vendor relationships, purchase orders, and brand-standard compliance. This role operates in night shift to align with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchasing across all hotel properties
- Own vendor relationships and the purchase order (PO) flow
- Ensure all purchased items and vendors meet applicable brand-standard requirements per property
- Work with the Audit team to align on a shared brand-standard compliance checklist




- Manage purchasing processes and vendor records for the India office
- Track purchasing costs and flag opportunities for savings or process improvement across the portfolio

Requirements
- Experience in procurement/purchasing, ideally within hospitality or multi-property operations
- Familiarity with vendor management and PO systems
- Understanding of (or willingness to quickly learn) brand-standard compliance requirements for hotel purchasing
- Robust negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage purchasing across multiple properties simultaneously

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
