key Responsibilities

Identify potential land parcels suitable for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.

Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, and local authorities.

Collect complete land documents, ownership details, and property records.

Coordinate with legal and revenue departments for title verification and due diligence.

Conduct preliminary land surveys and assess location potential.

Negotiate land prices and commercial terms within approved company budgets.

Prepare land purchase proposals and comparative analysis for management approval.

Coordinate mutation, registry, agreement, possession, and other documentation processes.

Maintain complete records of all prospective and acquired land parcels.

Monitor competing land developments and market opportunities.

Ensure that no transaction proceeds without proper approval and documentation.





Provide regular reports on land opportunities, negotiations, and closures.

Required Skills

Solid negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of local land markets and property transactions.

Understanding of basic land records and revenue documents.

Ability to build relationships with landowners and brokers.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Willingness to travel to villages, project locations, and government offices.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline; real estate, business, or legal knowledge preferred.

3–8 years of experience in land purchase or real estate acquisition

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
