One of our products is Puja Sathi — a festival marketplace connecting Puja/festival committees and advertisers, enabling businesses to discover, explore and participate in sponsorship and advertising opportunities across festivals.

We are currently expanding Puja Sathi's committee network and advertiser ecosystem and are looking for energetic, field-oriented interns to join our early growth team.

About the RoleAs a PIAD Intern – Puja Sathi, you will work directly on the ground to expand the Puja Sathi ecosystem.

Your primary responsibility will be to visit Puja and festival committees, introduce them to Puja Sathi, assist them with onboarding and listings, and build strong relationships with committee representatives.

You will also be involved in identifying potential advertisers and businesses who may be interested in festival sponsorship and advertising opportunities available through Puja Sathi.

This is a hands-on entrepreneurial role. You will not simply be sitting in an office making calls — you will be meeting people, visiting committees, understanding their requirements, onboarding them onto a growing digital platform and contributing directly to business growth.

What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for people who are:

- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Comfortable travelling locally and visiting Puja committees.
- Good at communication and relationship building.




- Proactive and willing to approach people independently.
- Interested in sales, marketing, startups, technology or business development.
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps and basic digital tools.
- Able to maintain basic records and reports.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates from any discipline may apply.
- Candidates from BBA, MBA, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Tourism or related backgrounds may be preferred.
- Local knowledge and knowledge of Puja/festival ecosystems will be an advantage.
- Previous sales, fieldwork, volunteering, event management or business development experience is a plus.
