PUBLISHER, WEB & MM

Position Summary The Publisher, Web & MM will be responsible for supporting the programs production requirementsduring all stages of program life cycle.

She/he will have ownership of WebContent production activities for one or more complex GDMP group project(s).They will ensure the project(s) output meets local and global expectations.

She/he is responsible for developingand maintaining good customer relationships, ensuring customer expectations aremet and/or exceeded while maintaining highest levels of quality and efficiency.

What You Will Do :

- Experience in working with numerous client/stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience working within NSO environment
- Completing Web Publishing activities within CMS
- Working with templates and wireframes to meet customer requirements
- Quality assuring all production tasks completed
- Ensure on-time global delivery of production requirements to the highest quality standards
- Communicating effectively withinternal and external stakeholders
- Overall focus on Customer Service and Satisfaction
- Work effectively with Global teams on all production tasks

ToBe Successful You Will Have:

- Ability to lead communicationseffectively across multiple diverse marketing, reporting and editorial teams
- Ability to work self-sufficientlywithin a team environment
- Excellent communication skills viaemail, reports, presentations and working with clients.
- Have excellent computer skills(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Robust knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS,JavaScript. Would be beneficial
- Ability to solve problems,



showinitiative and enthusiasm and attention to detail.
