We are hiring a Property & Guest Experience Executive to manage property operations, guest experience, local partnerships, and business development across our Munnar properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across 20 properties in Munnar.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct property inspections and quality checks.
- Coordinate with owners, caretakers, and local partners.
- Develop travel-agent and B2B partnerships.
- Identify sales and revenue opportunities.
- Support new property onboarding and improve property performance.
- Resolve on-ground operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- Hospitality, travel, sales, or field operations experience preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Munnar knowledge/network is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally.
