Role Description The Property Manager – Bangalore will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties in the Greater Bengaluru Area in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring properties meet brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest experience. The role involves handling guest communication, resolving issues promptly, and providing a consistently high level of hospitality.

The Property

Manager will collaborate with owners and internal teams to implement pricing and occupancy strategies, monitor property performance,



and maintain accurate records and reports. This position also requires regular property inspections, vendor coordination, and proactive identification of opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong property and operations management skills, including vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and quality assurance.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with experience handling guest interactions, conflict resolution, and issue escalation.
- Comfort with technology and digital tools, including property management systems, mobile apps, and basic data tracking or reporting.
- Organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hospitality or short-term rental operations in urban or leisure markets; prior experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or vacation rentals is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site across the Greater Bengaluru Area, including occasional evening or weekend availability based on guest and operational needs.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences and owner satisfaction.
- Relevant education in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
