Youth of India Foundation is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Manager - Projects to oversee project planning, execution, coordination, and documentation across multiple CSR and development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple CSR and development projects from inception to completion.
- Drafting of project proposals, Letters etc.
- Coordinate with government departments, CSR partners, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Prepare project proposals, reports, presentations, utilization documents, and other official documentation.
- Maintain project records, MIS, and implementation documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with field teams and stakeholders to track project progress.
- Visit project sites for monitoring, inspections, meetings, and implementation support as required.
- Prepare project updates and presentations using MS Office.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Ensure proper coordination between field teams and the head office.





Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong professional writing and documentation skills.
- Familiar in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Own laptop is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project visits and official assignments.
