Our client a leading global qualified services and management consulting firm is looking to engage with Project Planning Manager – Mining & Metals

Key Responsibilities-

- Lead project planning, scheduling, and project controls for large-scale Metals & Mining capital projects.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Drive brownfield construction planning , including sequencing, logistics, resource planning, and labour mobilization.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, milestones, and key performance indicators , identifying delays and corrective actions.
- Manage on-site project controls/PMO activities , including progress tracking, reporting, forecasting, and schedule updates.
- Coordinate multiple EPC/D&B; contractors, contracts, work packages, and project interfaces to ensure timely execution.




- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, schedule dashboards, and management updates highlighting risks, delays, and recovery plans.
- Identify schedule risks and critical-path issues and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies.
- Support project teams in change management, delay analysis, and impact assessment .
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, construction, and contractor teams to ensure alignment on project timelines.
