PLANNING & CONTROL ENGINEER PROJECT

Job Location: Dahej Gujarat

Qualification : B.Tech mech Enggg

Experience - 6-12 yrs

Roles & Responsibilities

- Work closely with Project Managers and Project Teams from project conceptualization through commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with project planning and scheduling requirements, progress and cost monitoring, progress reporting, execution coordination, and CAPEX closure.
- Organize meetings with internal and external project stakeholders and document all actionable points, including follow-up for timely compliance.
- Prepare and release various planning documents, including:

- EPC Schedules

- EPC Trackers
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports

- Project Presentations

- Site Progress Pictures
- Highlight project progress, delays, critical issues, and concerns to relevant project stakeholders.
- Coordinate continuously with cross-functional teams,



consultants, vendors, and contractors to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project commitments.
- Coordinate with the SAP Team to resolve system-related issues faced by project team members.
- Prepare and release Project Close-out Reports and other required documentation for timely capitalization and commercial closure of completed projects.
- Support project teams in maintaining accurate project records and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
