Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Techno-Commercial professional to join its Projects Team in Mumbai. The role will be responsible for project procurement, BOQ management, tendering, vendor coordination, commercial negotiations, cost control and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review and manage project BOQs and quotations.
- Coordinate tendering activities and evaluate vendor quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rates and contractual conditions with vendors.
- Manage project procurement and Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and project teams.
- Track project variations, billing and commercial documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, procurement costs and cost control.
- Maintain procurement and project-related records and documentation.
- Support project teams in resolving commercial and procurement-related issues.

Requirements
- Experience in Techno-Commercial, Project Procurement or Commercial Project Coordination.
- Practical knowledge of BOQ preparation and evaluation.
- Experience in tendering, quotation comparison and vendor evaluation.




- Strong vendor negotiation and commercial coordination skills.
- Experience handling Purchase Orders, billing, variations and cost control.
- Valuable understanding of project procurement processes.
- Exposure to Civil, MEP, Interior, Construction, Retail, Hospitality, FEC, Gaming or Entertainment projects will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.
