About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2u20133 years of experience in IT project management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address roadblocks.

Team Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, stand-ups, and status updates.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Support team members in achieving project goals and milestones.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and management.




- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Escalate issues and risks appropriately when required.

Risk Change Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential challenges.
- Develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
- Manage project scope changes and assess their impact on timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Maintain project governance and change control processes.

Quality Assurance Documentation
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Vendor Resource Management
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and third-party service providers when required.
- Ensure effective utilization of project resources.
- Monitor resource allocation and capacity planning.

Required Skills Qualifications Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Professional Skills
- 2u20133 years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Coordination, or Project Administration.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based projects and modern web technologies.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience preparing project reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
