Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager (Multilingual) role is based in Delhi, India.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication among internal teams, suppliers, and clients. Daily responsibilities include planning project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and resolving issues that may impact quality, cost, or delivery schedules. The role involves frequent interaction with international stakeholders, requiring clear communication in multiple languages and careful coordination of logistics and inspections.

The Project

Manager will also prepare status reports, support process improvements,



and ensure adherence to company standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
- Candidates should possess practical logistics-related skills, such as Expeditor experience and Logistics Management, to coordinate shipments, timelines, and supply chain activities.
- Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including Inspection and attention to detail, to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Candidates should possess multilingual communication abilities (e.g., English plus one or more additional languages), enabling effective collaboration with international clients and suppliers.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in wholesale, manufacturing, or international trade are beneficial.
