Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of modular construction projects. This role includes planning project scope and timelines, coordinating design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and installation activities, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The Project

Manager will liaise with clients, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams to maintain clear communication, manage risks,



and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks involve tracking progress, managing budgets, supervising inspections, and expediting materials and services to keep projects on schedule. The role also involves preparing reports, documentation, and status updates, and continuously improving project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in construction or modular/prefab environments.
- Experience in expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, resources, and services.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to coordinate manufacturing, transportation, and on-site installation activities.
- Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, site inspections, and compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schedules, and contracts, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with prefab/modular construction technologies is an advantage.
