- About the Role
- Neo Interiors & Architecture is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Site Execution to manage our interior projects from factory production and procurement to site execution, installation and final handover.

- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing interior execution sites, contractors, vendors and teams, along with the ability to coordinate closely with our in-house furniture manufacturing factory.

- Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of site execution and project delivery from start to handover.

- Coordinate between design team, factory, procurement team, contractors and site teams.

- Plan project schedules and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

- Coordinate with the factory for timely production, dispatch and installation of custom furniture and interior elements.

- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality, workmanship and progress.

- Read and understand architectural, interior, furniture and working drawings.

- Ensure site execution is as per approved drawings, specifications and design intent.

- Manage contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other site manpower.

- Plan material requirements and coordinate procurement, deliveries and site logistics.

- Identify and resolve site issues, execution clashes and delays.





- Maintain daily/weekly site progress reports and update management.

- Coordinate with clients and consultants during execution and ensure smooth communication.

- Monitor project costs, wastage and variations.

- Ensure proper finishing, quality control and snag rectification before handover.

- Maintain professional standards of site discipline, safety and housekeeping.

- Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in interior execution/project management.

- Strong experience handling residential, commercial or hospitality interior projects.

- Excellent knowledge of interior construction, furniture installation and site execution.

- Experience coordinating with in-house or external furniture manufacturing teams will be highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware and construction methods.

- Ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams independently.

- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of Revit/BIM and project management software will be an advantage.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
