What youll do

- Own project timelines, scope and delivery across multiple brand and website engagements.
- Run the daily rhythm briefs, standups, reviews, handoffs so designers can stay in the work.
- Be the single point of clarity between clients, designers, writers and developers.
- Catch scope creep early and have the conversation before it becomes a problem.
- Track resourcing, capacity and utilisation across the team.
- Keep documentation, files and approvals in order.
- Use AI tools to reduce coordination overhead wherever possible.

What were looking for

- 45 years of project or account management,



preferably at a design, branding or digital agency.
- A track record of shipping creative projects on time without burning the team out.
- Solid written and verbal communication you can write a brief that a designer actually understands.
- Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Notion or similar.
- Enough design literacy to know when a deliverable isnt ready.
- Calm under pressure, direct in conversation.
