Responsibilities

- Plan & execute highway works earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC & service roads

- Ensure compliance with MoRTH, IRC standards

- Track progress via DPR/MPR, S-curves & critical path monitoring

- Act as SPOC between Client, subcontractors & internal teams

- Drive quality control, billing, cost & budget management

- Ensure site safety (EHS) & statutory documentation

- Lead & mentor engineers, supervisors & site teams

- Identify risks and manage mitigation & dispute resolution

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)

- PMP certification preferred
- 15-17 years in infrastructure projects

- Min. 3-5 years as Project Manager on Highway/EPC projects
