Project Manager – EPC / Air Pollution Control Projects

About the Role

- We are looking for a high-potential Project Manager to take complete ownership of complex EPC and Air Pollution
- Control projects, from engineering and procurement to manufacturing, site execution, commissioning and final
- handover. The role requires a solid combination of technical expertise, project execution, commercial
- understanding and client management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of domestic and international projects valued at ■10–50+ Crore.
- Manage engineering, drawings, procurement, manufacturing, fabrication, erection, commissioning and project handover.
- Drive project schedules, resource planning, cost control, risk management and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, engineering, manufacturing and site teams.
- Handle techno-commercial aspects including billing milestones, LDs, bank guarantees, variation orders and payment recovery.
- Resolve technical and execution challenges proactively and ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.

What We’re Looking For

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 12–18 years of experience, with at least 5 years of independent EPC/industrial project management.




- Experience in Bag Filters, ESPs, Air Pollution Control, Cement, Steel, Boilers, Material Handling or Heavy

Fabrication.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing, fabrication, erection and commissioning.
- Proven experience managing large industrial projects and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Exposure to clients such as UltraTech, Tata Projects, SAIL, IISCO or similar industrial organizations is preferred.
- International project/client exposure will be an advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to domestic and international project sites.
- Practical project-control experience is preferred; Primavera certification is not mandatory.
