Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager – ELV System role based in Ahmedabad.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end ELV (Extra Low Voltage) system projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing expediting activities, supervising inspections and testing, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves coordinating logistics for materials and equipment, resolving site-level issues,



preparing project documentation and status reports, and supporting timely project delivery within budget.

The Project

Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in ELV or related electrical/low-voltage systems.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess inspection-focused skills, including conducting Inspection activities, quality checks, and compliance verification for ELV installations.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management, coordination of material movement, and basic supply chain understanding.
- Relevant technical knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, networking, and building automation) is highly beneficial.
- Solid stakeholder communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, prepare reports, and use project management tools and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation) or a related technical field; prior on-site project management experience in construction or building systems is an advantage.
